How far back are you thinking in regards to this? I for one would appreciate this soooo much. For a long time I’ve been meaning to make a post asking if there is any unified archive of pro BW VODs and/or replays. It is too important to all of us for these things to ever be lost to time. MedryBW’s 24hr stream is an amazing service to the community that I’m very grateful for, but it would still be incredible to have an archive of all VODs. Pro replays in particular have been pretty hard to find ime; I have managed to collect a decent number of them, but they are all quite old. Goddammit I‘m a dummy, just realized I’m responding to an ancient post lmao... forgive me, I’ve been away from TL for a long time...

Not enough people using BW teamliquid for it to be a significant issue.

All I remember is that it was a pain in the ass to do anything, lel. Guy even had a mouse you could plug in, iirc.

Anyone that played 20+ years ago may remember LC ( Ladder Challenges) channel that was an official Battle.net channel, for the official Blizzard / Bnet ladder. (similar to now). Back 20+ years ago Blizzard had issue with "Winbots" destroying their ladder. People would get a ridiculous amount of wins and it would be impossible to catch up to them. Fast forward 20+ years, now we have the new Blizzard auto match making ladder system, and we still have abusers / cheaters on ladder, take a look at #1, it has been this way for a number of seasons now. How long does it take to ban hackers / ladder abusers? i STILL remember the id yan[gg]ua because he was top of the 'ladder' with 9999 points for like a thousand umbillion years edit: and name spoofers that guaranteed a disconnect for both you and your opponent. and you couldn't tell if they were spoofing unless they had changed the color of their name and then you had to type /whereis id in order to make sure the person in your lobby was real. good times. but if the ladder was actually good, we may never had all those private server leagues that were run by people who cared more than whoever the hell was in in charge of official ladder
