Asian countries have kinda modified that meaning though... they'll use it after they win something, or just like a "yayyy" type thing. iloveoov ---> ilove (pretty straight-forward) + oov (if u know korean flip it upside down then it becomes ㅅㅇㅇ = it is the initials of his girlfriend) the "v" or "ㅅ" is the initial of his girlfriend's last name and the "ㅇㅇ" or "oo" is her name. | ||
