a few seconds,u can see some datas in the right corner last one Act/min it contains both ur mouce-move and keyboard-move
i chose one of last year KPGA final, yellow vs boxer yellow 234 boxer 266 so...ahahaha hf

Download the latest version of the program:
http://mapage.noos.fr/spyderman/bwchart.htm
Only the recent versions work with win 98.
Nice work JCA
And Shockey, you need to scroll right to find the actions/min, you are looking at total actions for the game, i presume.
no dude it was under act/min i first i thought it was total but it was act/min mustve been a glitch or something.
yeh it was i checked again and now it says 155 -.-v
wow rekrul is pretty good. 167 in his game vs rhinouser
damn themarine 260 act.min
Someone asked about FroZ! I checked one of his games vs Boxer in WCG: FroZ! 227, Boxer 224
im horrible im getting between 90-100 in my reps
LOL if you look at some of the nation vs nation matches w/ dudey, some of his act/min is as low as 120. no one can practically triple their hand speed suddenly like that.
errr why didnt anyone say that doing this adds files to your comp T_T. every rep ive analyzed goes to C: and is like 1.2 mb -.-v
just because you have low actions doesnt mean you are a bad player just look at nazgul

I've been forgetting about that - I had 73mb of expanded reps in c:
Also, if you have a rare rep (one that you can't dl agian), make a copy before viewing it with superview - they can be corrupted, though rare.
From a recent zvz I have: 156
Haham U hyst scabbed a recent H.O.T-Forever vs [ReD]Nada replay. Nada got 318! H.O.T only 171
Blackman is around the 300 mark in most of the replays ive analysed of his. Fastest for a foreigner by far. In his game VS Boxer he was around 15 clicks faster than boxer.
i got 69 act/min woohoo!!
these useless clicks don't mean jack. people with 150 can easily beat people 300+ since those people are just clicking random stuff to keep their handspeed up.
t.3)sasimi got 67 acts/min ^^
Just wanna say thanks - to the author of the program. Really nice done^^
-Zaks
p.s. mine act/min are between 120/150
I have between 140 and 160 acts/min, yet i really suck at this game So clickspeed doesn't say much about how good a player is indeed...
hm i noticed zerg players having less clicks/minute. terrans usually have about 240, while zerg have only about 170... is only mouseinput recorded or keyboard input, too?
wow, i loaded 2 reps of me and both showed exactly 141 acts/min. at one point i reached 500 acts/min, i guess i should try to play more active... T_T
Where do i get this program from anyway?

keyboard input too ^^ cauz i got 1038 act/min by using hotkey only ^^
Very nice progamm, thnx! BTW, what all these numbers in "parameters" mean, and does this "action" show every single move i did during a game?
yo where do I get it from??? someone Plz Wheres the love!!
On May 04 2003 16:25 PuReTosS wrote: yo where do I get it from??? someone Plz Wheres the love!!
What are you looking for, dude? The direction to the programm is on the first page of this topic
Great program!
I get 115-130 actions per minute.
And the person who said that people with 150 act./min can easily beat those with 300+, you're exaggerating. The only people I've seen get 300+ so far are korean progamers who can't be easily beaten.
very nice program indeed~~ btw Ilnp is about around 300 all games I've checked-_-V pretty good
Indeed 320 in some. So what about zerg being slower than terran now? If you have some chojja vs boxer replays, you'll see that chojja also has more actions than boxer
funny that ilnp is about 300 actions per min. in his final games. he was just about 150 in all the other replays I watched from the wdt qualification games ): what conclusion can we draw from this ?
mammut thats because it wasnt ilnp in those reps. if you check some of his wdt reps or nation vs nation reps, he only has 120-140 act/min that would mean he nearly doubled/tripled his act/min in a matter of weeks. i agree with veg, i wanna see dudey at wcg and his supposed 300 act/min handspeed
210 zvp 190 zvt 240 zvz 251 tvz -.-
And still... does somebody knows what exactly all these numbers in "parameters" mean, and does this "action" show every single move i did during a game?
PS: in 1 my short game i had 2 rines and smth like 3 tanks... but this programm said i had 6 rines and 6 tanks (????)
im around 130-140 but i looked at Yellow vs nsddevil_kr, yellow had 262 and devil 294 :D
Can sb check Chojja or Arang?

We have already said his actions twice or 3 times in the same topic... Why don't you read the all entire post ? Sometimes it's boring but it can also be interesting...

Well if someone was playing for dudey then who was it? Thats what does not make sense to me. Unless elky jumped in there, and played Z for him. I dont see who could of bin playing for him.
InToTheWannaB u havent noticed that jinnam is zergplayer and he is in dreamteam?
nsddevil_kr = jinnam = 294 act/min vs yellow. dudey = 300 act/min in wdt. need i say more??
Does somebody knows what exactly all these numbers in "parameters" mean, and does this "action" show every single move i did during a game? Well, ppl could u just reply to me? eh..
please remember guys that actions has a lot less to do with speed than you think.
you can't gauge speed accurately with anything other than your eyes. some people give tremendous amounts of redundant commands=[

then how do you go from having 100/200ish commands habit to 300ish commands? (been playing A LOT? someone else play for you? using macros?)
beforen now i hadnt seen a dudey rep with more than like 160. most of his seem to be 120 - 130 but suddenly 300?
wow, gj, its a lot better.

Evidently jca didn't listen to what I said -_-;; . The reps store all build commands, even those that don't do anything, e.g. if you press "p" 5 times really quickly to build your 5th probe, the replay will record all 5 "build probe" actions. I guess jca's program is counting all of the build actions, which is why it gives false values for unit counts (and consequently, things like money spent would also be incorrect).
how can you distinguish hotkey commands ???
just a speculation... no one played for ilnp but he used macros (press 1 button and it will excute multi commands) during the final games. (btw are macros allowed in wdt?)

i don't think macros should be allowed (key rebinding yes, but nothing that does more than 1 command = 1 command), and no i didn't use them.
there's a reason i'm faster in WDT compared to team usa and it's more than just practice/trying, although that's part of it... but i'm not going to get into it ^_^

Ye, i remember.. my click ability is still very slow and when i saw this replay i was quite surprised, that u, at this short time, had 5 working hatcheries. But if u play with someone don't dropp pls after first 5 mins, even if u came just to check this progg out - u waste my time and it isn't manner, dude.

yeah NTT was 180ishy checked 4ishy his game NTT (242) vs AranG (302 holy shit )
I saw NaDa vs Rain: NaDa had 385 or something...took some time until I got my breath back! Then I looked for one NTT game and he had ~160! :p That is as much as I have... Hmm Fisheye and Mondragon both < 130.
I'm only around 160 tvp =[ oh well --v havent checked TvZ which id imagine being alot faster
Is 200-250 a good range for a foreigner?
Seems good, depends what you do with it though
oddy beat me with 100 act/min vs 129 act/min mine
ok i just loaded one of :
breeze[akuta] vs boxer.

Ive noticed on island maps, rates drop noticeably.
Speed is not everything, everyone knows that, however it does help.

my average battlenet games pvz about 130 pvt about 180 pvp about 150 lan games pvz about 180 pvt about 220 and hadnt found any pvp ;o(
btw see satanik or asmodey +-110 ownage ^^

I looked at a Silent_GGoMa replay and he hit 334
if you look at a replay that has a game where, someone dies early off but is microing like hell, u will notice their act/min is in the 400s
The thing that matters is if you click precise or just fast :o Naz clicks very precise (watched that at several lan tourneys), as for other people, they click 5 times around the target, and after that they click on it
I have an average of 150 actions/minute.
Dreame's much talked about ZvT vs SlayerS_`BoxeR`, was a lot of controversy about that one back in the day, and well Dreame's act/min ==> 144 So called SlayerS_`BoxeR` Act/min ==> 131 This was on LT, not an air map, I'm sure this is good proof of that slayers boxer in that replay was 100% not real.
dreame also GW about lying about your act/min, i look at 2 replays of every MU, 1 being short game, 1 being long game, and you were always between 120-160.

Saw Boxer(yeah the real one) get 97 in one game, it varies lots and lots.
Fastest i found from my own games was 281 (eSu.Dealer vs Atmosphere[CF]).
From what i've seen NaDa and BlackMaN are the most consistent fast ones, Nada is very RARELY below 250 and some games he's 350+.
my fastest is around 140, i average around 85-120, but i am pretty precise on my clicking, and i use my arrows a lot more than my mouse, which is easier for me, so that takes a lot off my actions per min...

The latest versions of BWChart try to detect those situations, as much as they can be detected. I already answered that subject in one of the other thread (i think it was to NoNameLoser). Bill, don't worry, I listen to what people say

is this for mac by any chance?
very nice prog, i soon started studie some reps, my average is 50 :D maybe i should stop eating smoking and trinken meanwhile
i've some question about the work of this programm, especially for the uncompress function, how does this works? i try to skript a replay up/dl section for us, and with this i may b could able to read all information about the map, the setup and the players and store them in database, with a better catagorize and search function. i'de very pleasured if u could help me with this, u could mail me by leader @ gwars.de

If you try to select 5 times, it won't be recorded in the rep file, and thus not count for your apm. However if you've, for example, selected a group of tanks and want to attack something with rightclick and you misclick, then it will be stored. (because it stores 5 commands giving the tanks new directions)
But i don't believe the last example happens very often. So the ppl who often 'misselect' don't neccesary(sp?) have to be ppl that have high apm's.
