Watching this made me sad inside , I didn't know until recently , I had a choice to watch ogn or mbc on the vod's that you have selected to watch inside liquipedia . Now that I know it , I will always choose mbc if the option exists.
oh my god.
i remember hearing this intro so many times while i was in korea, i grew nuts trying to find out what the song was when i got home.

Are you really that rude and inconsiderate? After everything they have done for BW, you want them to fail in their new pursuit? Very unsympathetic.
Is it wrong for me to still be incredibly angry for MBC to basically piss on BW's face?
So by pissing on BW's face you mean supporting it for a very long time and making a wise business decision? Oh, O.K your logic makes perfect sense.
Thank you MBC for being an awesome company that supported an awesome game, good luck in the future! <3
There was a change in management and they decided to cut MBC game, if you don't know what happened then stfu. This is why this should never be featured.
New management probably just wanted to bask in the attention of aspiring Kpop bands or some stupid crap like that.
actually this is pretty much true. from a neutral perspective, k-pop is booming, while esports is slowly dying, so i completely understand mbc's decision to scrap mbcgame and turn it into mbc music.
k-pop has sort of replaced the niche that brood war filled 6-7 years ago (something fangirls can generate money for an industry to).
started watching bw religiously 8 months ago, after i saw how much more interesting it was relative to sc2 (for me, not making a generalization, and not trying to stir the pot there so pls dont flame me or w/e). this truly saddens me as i was just getting acclimated to the wonderful word of bw progaming. i guess its good for me that there are hundreds and thousands of vods for me to pore over and have fun reliving, but it will never be the same thing as watching with friends live on vent.

Yea I know I just wanted to point out that the new management that cancelled BW didn't exactly create this scene so I'm sure ain't gonna be kneeling down and kissing thier asses(unless my sources were wrong).
I never understood why people actually like kpop Well, its really sad that bisu is never going to win a star league again. I might just watch all 3 jvf finals ... goodbye.
I blame it on the league destroyer Flash. If he had been super good looking and acted like a jerk though though he's really a nice guy deep inside, MBC Game would still be alive.

"Is people is still stupid"
The irony...
Dispite his hostility, I want to see YOU write a post in Ukranian before insulting his language skills.
I'm not gonna bother insulting someone in Ukrainian before I'm fluent in the language, since doing so opens me up for abuse by the Ukrainians whom I'm trying to insult. But he tried to insult others without knowing the language and it turned out sounding funny, so its fair game @topic This isnt exactly surprising, but seriously depressing. Never again will bisu win an MSL The MBC commentators seemed more passionate to me than their OGN counterparts, but maybe thats just nostalgia
Fair it is =), but I'm actually just mistyped.
@topic 1) yep k-pop is booming, but why they can't create MBC Music while not shutting down MBC Game? They fired all employees and probably game studio will not come in use for music channel. So, it is not sounds like MBC is changing something, they actually destroy one channel and creating another. 2) Again, last MSL. Im sure that knowing that this is the last MSL people would watch it, so it shouldn't be hard to attract sponsor. Just for money MBC had have to run last MSL.
I can't help but feel for everyone affected directly by this... The players and employees got shafted, and they're right to feel extremely angry. I'm going to miss MSL, there were so many memories enshrined and legends born through it. I think what struck me the hardest was the talk of "the beginning of the end" for broodwar, but I feel like this is the first real sign that the beginning of the end is underway. From what I've seen in interviews, Carrier Kim has always been extremely candid and wears his emotions on his sleeve. You can't help but feel angry too by reading his interview, especially if you imagine it in the tone that he expressed it in.

Thanks for the memories, MSL.
This isn't Kim Carrier. Kim Carrier is Kim Taehyung, and he works for OGN. This is Kim Chul Min.
