When you think of kt and skt1 one can think of huge rivalries that had a lot of famous players being in each team as kt had the line of players till now still resonates fear and awe to the hearts of the team . Lets get acquainted with the team that should have won it all with its raw talent such as YellOw, Nal_rA ,Reach,Sync,ChoJJa ,TheMarine and Goodfriend who are all starleague accomplish players .
Nal ra you will always be my hero
On the other hand SKT 1 was heavily guarded with BoxeR , iloveoov ,Kingdom, Canata , GoRush ,Midas and IntoTheRainBOw all of these are players who will send people shivering in their boots if they were to send out to win them despite KTF having all the talent in hand their wish to win a finals was never granted although it may seem like they were destined to be second and never a winner .
Most heated rivalries between the two heavy weight team were between Yellow and Slayers boxer I applaud you to watch it if you can as it's one of the most interesting matches that I could get my hands on as a broodwar newbie . With yellow saying that the broodwar scene required a villain and if there is a need for it and he will gladly played for the role . Compared to Boxer who got all the girls and sympathy . Yellow is left out of the limelight only being a player who were to be booed and jeer off but that never stop him from being a zerg who pionereed lots of low eco builds for the zerg race .
What if KTF was given much more competent managers to do the job instead ? Could ktf won more games which we dearly deserved? Seems like kt is always going to be an underdog , cursed always to be full with talented players but some how It never find that click which is supposed to give them the momentum to ride in to the finish and get the job done .

KT continued the legacy with players like Luxury,Choejja,Forgg ,Violet and Flash however when the match fixing scandal and retirement of forgg it only took out the spirit of the team and with violet coming down with leukemia .This definitely looks like the end of kt rolsters chances in ever winning a proleague finals again .
All points suggest that Sk telecom 1 is about to win this proleague finals easily . With players such as bisu,jungladen,best and s2,soo with protoss rookies such as Sun it looks it like it will be a one sided match when kt hit these finals proleague with such a mediocre team consisting of Action,Crazyhydra,Stats,Hoejja,Tempest,and Flash .
Despite all the depressing situation we had previously in tournaments KT stays true to the name KT ROLSTER because being a kt fan has been a roller coaster ride with all the up's and down we had during the whole proleague finals and so let's examine kt journey to the proleague finals it could be boiled down to four things 1)Momentum 2)Clutch players 3)We have the ultimate weapon on our side 4) For VIOLET !.

Meet the heroes of kt, starting from left its Stats,Action,Perfective and Hoejja
Ceremony that was uncalled for it really did lighten up the impending doom that almost happen to us . Hoejja for mvp ..
KT zergs was the key for the team to move in to the finals with hoejja winning games again and Action finally showing what he's worth he became sort of a underrated player who if the condition was right he could have taken out the best player in the korean scene with his amazing late game and over all performance he is a player with that "POTENTIAL" but it just never seems to kick in when the situation requires to do so . However I won't keep him off the list of best player as soon as he gets that champion in him on to the box we could see him dominating .Overall perfective aka By.rOo was the red herring in the team being undefeated in proleague for winning all his matches except the finals against the fantasy he's definitely a player that is worth keeping a tab on he could probably have that "POTENTIAL" too.
Who would you have given the MVP title to if you were in charge of granting so ? A : I would have given to hoejja after all he started winning when were against ACE and it was set that I was almost gave up because with all the usual criticism he got from the other team such as Hoejja who ? He's a useless zerg . If i recall from the game Hoejja versus GGaemo in which it seems that he was in a situation that there was no point to return after all hoejja only build scourges and ggaemo had muta . Surely ggaemo would have won right ? Unfortunately no Hoejja made a clutch move and surprised ggaemo with his scourges to his muta and won the game with his remaining muta .
Starting from that day hoejja has been winning game be it a zerg,protoss,terran the left hander GO KANG MIN has unleashed his ungodly powers showing what his left hand has stored for all these year that is to dominate all opposition . In the proleague finals hoejja win was really crucial after Actions' FAIL attempt to go hive skipping lurkers and letting by.sun rolled his main without any opposition . Coupling that with lots of tense moment and reading negative comments on the live report thread such as this " hoejja is a useless zerg , 4-1 baby for skt " . You can call it luck or skill but hoejja pulled out a come back despite him failing his zergling rush to s2 main he manages to do what he do best ..... which is running scourges into muta and he won the same fashion he did with ggaemo .

Hoejja in my opinion after appearing on Nal ra old boy could possibly has changed his attitude that time and put in more time practicing and working hard and this could have led to him being a better player as we see him today. MVP definitely goes to hoejja for being the zerg that has clutch most of the important games .

Though with all the praises given to hoejja,action and perfective it seems like crazy hydra transfer to the kt house hold wasn't really impressive , at times he seem disoriented ,wild and not reliable although at some games he looks as if he is going into a super saiyan mode like he did when he all killed before transfering out of woongjin . Probably it's too early for us to see CH actually going to perform as well as we expected him to do so . Overall to me he's still a player that if given time he could be found to be great in our matches we seem to be lacking in such as ZvZ .
You can't stop the CHINBOSS aka KIM DAE YOB(overhype,only good at versus zerg that's zero,soulkey)
Time after time again Stats the one who all killed skt1 in winnerleagues twice were called out as a one time wonder boy who only is capable of performing in winnerleagues although it seems to be pointing out that way however Stats time after time again show's that he is the solid foundation that holds the frame of KT House . Imagine knowing that you can rely on a player who is capable of coming out when the situation requires you to do so ? This is the man to go to.
Stats being one of my favourite players on kt is no show off when ever he wins a game he doesn't do any thumbs down except bowing to the camera and that to me is modesty at best . Don't let that fool you though when he is in game and gets that ball rolling stats is as good as any A teamer out there name it bisu,stork and kal . Hope to see these guy make it far in individuals and proleague who knows he could be the next revolutionist that the protoss race is waiting for a very long time .
Kim Dae yob, over all in this proleague finals has post in a winning percentage of 50% > in all his matches be it versus protoss ,zerg and terran and if that isn't consistency what else can it be than ?.Besides taking out Zero who has been smashing Protosses left and right some how it seems that if Zero is superman than stats is the kryptonite that can bring even the greatest ZvP player down.
It's hard to believe that people can call stats some sort of a fluke player who relies on luck and overhype as stats being a home grown player from kt deserves every right as any good player out there to be respected and he will show you .
Putting that aside stats performance in fighting CJ,Woongjin has been superb and outstanding although he isn't lee young ho who is beyond bonjwa at this moment . I hope stats could use this momentum gain from the finals and bring it to the next proleague season . With that I hope stats really establishes himself and prove that he is the pivotal key to KT rolster victory .
Lets travel back to stats journey in qualifying this year proleague finals at first he seems like he is on slump versus every zerg out there and I can bet you he was doing anything just to get a single win and he did . First casualty was versus zero on Icarus .Where he open what seems like he was going for double stargate +1 air weapon and follow up probably with dt's but surprisingly he instead went for a zealot harassment instead and these caught zero off guard as he was expecting corsairs instead of zealot harassment . Was these intentional ? or pure ingenuity playing at hand .I will leave you to be the judge .....
Nonetheless the greatest credibility of KT fire power is no other than Lee young Ho the sole and only terran player to dominate zero in a bo5, a hero for all kt fans but nonetheless he has his weakest moment he isn't a terminator but a player who have fight out with all his heart for his team and if the team doesn't do that you can expect moments like this where he get's broken down .
Finally flash after being ridicoulously called by other teams that the team he carried KTF which is abbreviation for being called as KT FLASH .It can be safely said that KT Rolster has finally matured and from being flash reliant to a team that finally can say to flash that " we don't want to rely on you to win our games anymore , we want to win it with you " . Although this wasn't seen in the finals but without hoejja and stats winning their games Kt would have never won this game to give flash a chance to seal the deal for us .
By the way flash you will always have my respect to you for being the baddest terran in the world as I saw the way you versus Best in the ace match that mech army push was really scary and being so fluid and dangerous it's definitely one of every protoss nightmare to have lee young ho marching down his tanks,vultures army towards your door step.

All these will not have made any difference if we didn't win the finals and give our fallen hero violet,reach,yellow and to all ktf players who never got their chance to win the proleague finals .You can rest assured we got the championship for you guys and you can be proud that your sucessor is worthy and competent .
One person who actually contributed to last years proleague final and won us a game in the finals was left missing in action . It's quite sad that we didn't see tempest in action this year + Show Spoiler +
With all of the hardships taken into account KT Rolster is a team on paper not really credible in terms of winning proleague finals and performing in standard pro league rounds . These however cannot be true as what it seems from the result that kt has given this year pro league qualifiers to the finals . KT has shown that with the combination of stats + hoejja +action+ Ch they are a unstoppable force . If they could keep up with their consistencies and not falter than using these win they had in the proleague finals to boost up their morals . KT than can successfully exorcise the ghost of the past that frequently lingers when kt fails and the echoes of "KTFFFFFFlllas........" can be heard in the distance .

My first attempt at writing an article related to my team so forgive me for my poor attempt at doing so and I have gave my best with the resources i have in my hand ,which is google image,tl.net final edits . Great writup I love it. Still I think Action needs to step up his game for next season and also roO needs to play more practice games it seems some of his decision making is kinda bad. I am so pumped about next season Flash with his new robotic arm, Effort coming back for CJ, SKT will be without oov. KT needs to fight even more to keep up with others team. Go Go Go KT!
Pretty good article for a first attempt, I think you can improve by adding in more text, because the way it is now is like there are too many images, which don't get me wrong it's not a bad thing but I don't get the feel of an article, it's more like a image thread with a short commentary for each picture.

Man, I'm still really hurting from Friday night, but one thing I will say is that KT (when in form) possess the strongest 1-2 punch in Flash and Stats. I'm not sure KT should ever seriously be viewed as underdogs from here on in, and I'd really like to see Stats starting to make some noise in the individual leagues - the Toss race needs it.

Sadly that I joined the proleague starcraft scene late and if it wasn't for that i would have gone deeper between ktf and skt1 . I really wish I was much more interested in the scene back than . Both OSLs featured 1 island map each. However in the Freechal OSL final it was a 3-0 and the island map wasn't played. In the SKY2001 OSL final vs Boxer he did not build Carriers it was an epic war of mass shuttles vs dropships and wraiths. Both finals are on youtube: Freechal OSL:

That's why in my opinion the mvp should have been given to hoejja because over all his performance is really good at least better than *cough* action, crazy hydra although both these player have their moments especially in games versus stx and wooongjin action and ch did contribute to the wins .
