Keep any SC2 vs BW comments out of this thread. This is a thread about Brood War and Esports (Tekken Crash, Special Forces, etc) in general. If you discuss what this means for ESPORTS be sensitive about it.

Tickets get put up and 1,000 are sold in less than ten minutes. 75+ people still show up to the studios to watch the team games and important singles matches. The finals are still packed with loads of fans. The top players have gigantic fanbases and clubs. This just means MSL is dead, there will only be one league, Proleague is in major trouble, and MBC Hero might be fucked. MBC Hero has needed money for a long time and even had to give up Light to Stars. Now it looks like they just lost their primary sponsor. Also MBC had the best commentators. ![]()

OSL will just have to be the only singles tournament. ![]() If they don't pick Proleague will it even happen since half the games won't be aired? I guess OGN could do some picture in picture like GTR or split screen or something, but ^_^
