They don't criticize, they say he sucks. Alot of people think saying "he sucks" is a form of criticism, but it only is if you can provide reason for why he sucks. Alot of people's reasons are either untrue(from a objective or material standpoint, not opinionate) or exaggerated, which makes their criticism void. I know alot of people who think Mumyung sucks and Enough is really good, when Mumyung has consistantly placed higher than Enough with some brackets that are considerably harder than Enough's. You get alot of situations like this. Alot of people probably think PuSan is better than Mumyung, when Mumyung, for the past four years, has placed consistantly higher with brackets of about the same difficulty.

The fact that they say player A sucks and player B is good(perhaps not in this thread, but in others) is not only hypocrisy, it's asinine. You cannot claim that player B is better than player A when player A's accomplishments with the same difficulty level are well above Player B's. Why not just use the mathematical formulas B > A = A > B.

Doesn't really work.

The reason why nobody likes mmumyung is because he made it into the starleague 24.8 times and sucked like crap vs the other starleaguers every single time, but he would do just enough to make it into the next one. Which is why there was a big thing about changing the way autobirths are ruled for them because he was boring as hell to watch because he always died and they wanted others in the starleague instead of him.

Exactly, it nearly drove me insane seeing mumyung made into the starleague yet boxer and yellow were left out. As for the results, he made no where.

Ive never liked the idea of people claiming how 'boring' mumyung is. Not to mention the claim that he doesnt have a distinct style. He infact shares a style with other players like T.3)Zergboy and RRB[Rush], its using lair units for longer periods of time, before switching to hive. Relying more heavily on macro than micro.

He may not be in the same 'league' metaphorically as his peers, but hes still better than a huge chunk of the korean community, which speaks volumes for his capabilities. His zvt is not that boring taking in account that midgame leaves the player very few choices anyway, and wtf, zvz is boring by default. His lukrer micro is very effective in zvt and is hardly worth the bullshit comments here. Although i would conceed he just isnt as exciting to watch than his Pro-gaming peers (i.e being innovative). He just recieves some pretty unneccessary criticism.

Mumyung will ALWAYS get into Next starleague. He just does, no1 can argue that.

if boxer trains him, he'll get a LITTLE better. so basically he's always in the starleague.

If boxer is his team-mate, BoxeR can easily just own him in the starleague, thus freeing up one spot for boxer.
