They know this happens one way or another. I even hinted that people are posting videos on youtube, streams etc (How did this happen? Remember when jon747 was banned? I asked KeSPA directly to see if they banned him on youtube. Turns out, they didn't (Thanks WCG)).
Actually, even if it is illegal, it's a profit for KeSPA and Proleague. Not only foreigners get to watch the leagues, but also the streams can help BW scene expand internationally.
And to add to my previous comment:
Sorry that I couldn't get all the streamer's names on there. Those three were the first CURRENT/RECENT streamers that I could think of (<3 Mystlord).

this is awesome, all the recognition to the streamers every night guys I do thank you for what you do and even when you guys are not available there is always someone willing to try to stream. I believe the community in TL share this same common denominator which is enjoy Starcraft. SC for Life!!
PS: I always open all the streamers windows just to support what they do not matter if there is 3 streamers in the same game.
