Got the word back and it looks like ill have to compromise a bit, but the company has offered a lot of support as well. They WILL allow me to colour my hair, however it will only be for a week beforehand. However, they will allow me to wear a violet shirt to work until then to help me promote and get the message out there and will be paying for a donation sausage sizzle! Definitely not what i was expecting but I'm looking forward to it! I'll get some pics up when i get the shirt of me in action and more will follow when the hair gets done!
