The name was chosen because well everyone used IRC and it's a short and easy name to remember. It started to become the official TL chan later after 345838458345 practice partner threads started to pop up. Chill etc was tired of closing all of them so people just started to be redirected to http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=81706 as a one-stop hub for practice partners. | ||
