This years WCG is fucken weak. Im done for college now and going home for the summer and figured id start playing again and participate in WCG but this is a damn shame.

I was gonna go compete but i just heard about it last night like everyone else and i would have had to leave right when i heard about it to make it to the competition in time. It is definetly a conspiricy.

Not joking. Basically everyone that came here aside from the 4 uk2k4 players didn't have to do anything to qualify. We came in, registered, waited until 3 so they could start the tournaments, and as they seperated us according to games, it turned out we had spread ourselves out pretty evenly [ 1 cs team, 4 ut2k4 players, 2 sc players, 2 war3 players and 1 halo player ]. In fact, the other starcraft player was a fastest map player, at least from the 5-6 games I saw him play. I honestly didnt play a single starcraft game my entire stay at the place, they just said good job, you qualified for the usa finals, now lets go take a picture.

well well, shit like this is what pisses me off.
not the fact that noone attended the las vegas event, but the fact that players that dont need to be in the finals, end up going.

lets just hope the RIGHT players goto the wcg grand finals this year, last year was weak imo compared to the previous.
