Q: First of all, say hello to all the fans.
A: Hello~ I’m CJ Entus’s 21-year old Protoss player, Jin Young Hwa.

Q: Many fans have left their questions for you so let’s talk comfortably and honestly for an hour. First, why did you decide to take the path of a progamer?
A: When I was young, my dream was to become a soccer player, but because my parents opposed, I was living a normal school life until I learned about Starcraft. The game was very fun and being a progamer seemed really cool so I decide to try it out (laughs).

Q: Oh I see. You must be pretty good at soccer then. Do you play with your teammates at all?
A: We haven’t played together in a really long time, and although I used to be good when I was younger, it’s remains only as memories now.

Q: You use the alias Movie to match your name (TL Note: “younghwa” means “movie” in Korean) and what do you think about it?
A: I was deciding really hard when I was making my ID for the first time and my friend next to me told me to make it Movie since my name is Young Hwa (laughs). I didn’t really put a lot of thoughts into it, but now that I think about it, I think it was a good decision (laughs).



Q: Are you good at any other games besides Stacraft? Or other games you have played in the past?
A: I’m not really good at any other games because I used to play more outside when I was younger.

Q: Your image in broadcasts is very quiet and calm. Are you normally like that , or is it you just being nervous?
A: I’m not like that at all outside the games. I have a lot of suspicions about strangers, so you have to get to know me for me to talk a lot. I also get nervous in front of the camera.

Q: You said not too long ago that you prefer the nickname “Prince” opposed to “Princess”, but the fans don’t seem to really like it. Why do you think your name ultimately became the “Princess”?
A: Princess isn’t too bad but because I am a male, I thought Prince would be better. It doesn’t really matter to me if fans want to call me a princess (laughs). I think it’s because of my image through over the television as you asked before.

Q: Your older teammates used to squeeze your cheeks when you debuted, but do you think you can go back to your past clean skin quality? Are you continuously working to improve your skin?
A: I’m trying to get my skin back from the past so I’m going to skin care centers as well (laughs). I think time will heal it by itself.

Q: Which body part do you feel the most confident about yourself?
A: I don’t really have one, but if I had to pick… it would be the nose. People have told me that I have a tall and firm nose.



Q: Let’s talk about the games now. You seem to be doing well in PvZ, but is that true during practice as well?
A: When I first joined the team, I was stressed about PvZ like every other Protoss players, but I began winning a lot without even realizing it myself (laughs). I think I have created my own solutions after working hard.

Q: You always say “like in practice” in interviews, so how good are you actually in practices? Do you get good results playing against players like Effort?
A: Playing the same in televised matches and in practice is hard for everyone. I think it’s just my own excuse. It’s weird but I seem to be strong against Effort.

Q: This is a cute question. If you could use one of Protoss spells, what would it be?
A: There are too many good Protoss spells so it’s hard to choose. I want to use Hallucination and send it instead of me when I’m lazy (laughs).

Q: That’s a fun response. It was cuter than the question itself. What do you think is the most imbalanced unit in Starcraft?
A: There are a lot of imbalanced units, but I don’t think there are any for Protoss (laughs). I think Vulture and Mutalisk are the most imbalanced.

Q: You are known for being quiet, so who are you the closest with among your teammates?
A: I’m close with all of them, but I think I can talk most comfortably to Skyhigh.



Q: Along with EffOrt and sKyHigh, you three are called many different things. Which do you prefer out of them?
A: I’ve said it in the past but I want them to call us by our names instead of initials (laughs).

Q: Effort and Skyhigh have said that you make up stories about them. Are there any that they are particularly upset about?
A: I have bad memories so I don’t know which stories I made up. There are too many stories so now I don’t pay attention to them individually.

Q: There are a lot of questions about you three. What is one charming quality about Effort and Skyhigh? What about one yourself?
A: I never really felt their charms… and I don’t know what mine is either.

Q: What is one funny story living as a progamer? Do you eat a lot of food? What is your favorite food?
A: When Effort threw a snowball at me and ran away, he fell and made bruised his legs (laughs). I like to eat chicken.

Q: Which female idol is the most popular among CJ members?
A: Our teammates seem to look at individual people instead of idol groups, so I think the majority of them like Son Ye Jin.

Q: They used a lie detector at the OSL group selections. All your sentences came out to be lies so you told them to ask a definitive question and when they asked you if you had a girlfriend, you avoided the question. What is the reason for that?
A: When I answered like 6 questions, they all came out to be lies and it was so unfair to me. It would have been bad if I answered the question and my answer came out to be a lie, so I asked them to ask different questions (laughs).

Q: What part of chicken do you like to eat? What type of chicken do you like to eat?
A: I don’t really have a favorite part. It’s all good when I’m eating (laughs). I eat fried chicken the most. Let’s eat together when we have a chance.



Q: Does your manager scold you a lot, or does he like you more?
A: It depends on how I play (laughs).

Q: Do you feel like you’ve hit you limit when you play against bonjwa-level players? How would you overcome that feeling?
A: I haven’t felt my limit yet and as a progamer, as long as I don’t feel like I’m worse than my opponent, I believe that I definitely have chance.

Q: That’s some good confidence. Does your slow hand speed hinder you? Do you think you could do better with faster hands?
A: It doesn’t bother me personally, but whenever I tried to become faster in the past, it didn’t work out. I don’t really pay attention to that anymore.

Q: Effort is about to play in the final against Flash. Do you have anything to say to him?
A: Other than the fact that he is a teammate, I’m expecting a lot from this final and although Flash is a good player, Effort is just as good so I believe that he can win as long as he practices a lot.

Q: Your 2nd place win must have been regretting. Do you think you can beat Flash if the chance arrives again?
A: It was really sad and I wanted to play him again in a BoX match but because I dropped out early, my scenario didn’t work as I planned.

Q: Do you like Carriers or Arbiters?
A: I like Arbiters. They’re special and they look cool (laughs).

Q: Lastly, what is your ultimate goal and what kind of progamer do you want to become?[
A: It’s already been an hour. My goal is to be able to say that it was a good decision for me to be a progamer when I retire. That’s the type of progamer I want to become as well.

A: It really strengthens me that my fans always cheer me and pay attention to me. I will try harder so I hope you all continue to cheer me on!
