1 o'clock expo gets a new gas (5000)! It's now a 2 gas expo
12 o'clock and 4 o'clock gas gets upgraded from 3000 -> 5000 gas
7 o'clock 2 gas expo gets increased from 1500-3500 to 2500-3500
