  • 1 o'clock expo gets a new gas (5000)! It's now a 2 gas expo
  • 12 o'clock and 4 o'clock gas gets upgraded from 3000 -> 5000 gas

You mean 7 o'clock gets it's geysers increased. There is no gas at 2. But are they now 3500 both or what because your sentence is so ambiguous.
