In a knock-out tournament, the luck of the draw is very important.
I can't confirm whether he made it pass the first round or not but his Courage group started at 1030am and according to fan reports Hyungjun and Shark went from Courage to the concert hall. I checked out the courage brackets from yesterday and... + Show Spoiler +It looks like he lost in the first around against a toss.
+ Show Spoiler +Lolz, maybe he would have made further if he got a Terran.
I'll laugh if the show ended with a footnote "courage is hard, celebrities need not to apply"

I think what we have learned from Ret's stay in Korea is that Courage is hard as hell, imagine that even such talents like flash and JD had to try several times before succeeding. I believe there is no way he will even come close to winning a Courage, but the show is still awesome.
P.S. Looking forward to Ep 5 subs!

Hmm... at the end of ep. 5 Ha Tae Ki mentioned HJ's problem with such players. It's a good reason for the producers to extend the show though, cos in ep. 1 wasn't it mentioned that it would take 4 months of training under a progamer to get a license? *fingers crossed*
Hyungjun is trying even harder though. He said that once his radio show ends at 3am, he goes back to practice some more.

I hope they extend this show as well cuz it will take quite a while for him to at least have a chance with courage i wouldnt be surprised if his skill jumped dramatically though; once you have the basics down you can improve quite rapidly

Is it only me who thinks that Shark is better looking than HJ?

Depends on taste, but...somehow I agree with you. D:

i agree too, hyung joon has something weird in his face, and his moods looks kinda gay sometimes

Shark has that type of cute "gangsta leader" kind of look whereas HJ looks more like a "puppy cute" type of look. This can only mean you guys like bad boys ;D
Though I have to admit HJ looks sexy in his "U R Man" (or something along those lines) video.

Yeah. HJ really did look very different in the "U R Man" video. It's amazing how hair style can change a guy's look!
Thanks l10f for all your efforts!!

LOL... Shark, a "gangsta leader" in the MBC house. But when he was with HJ in the live uncut radio show, it was all puppy cuteness. No doubt though, they're both pimps.

Don't think they will show it cos it was on the same day as SS501's final concert. But the MBCGame team did go straight to the concert after their loss, which was really nice of them actually. So they went for both concerts, 27th and 28th.

So nice of MBC. I hope they don't go on a losing streak due to lack of practice.

Probably not. They played Sea first and he lost (Same as against Woongjin). Since it was Stork, they were probably going to lose the first set anyway, but to have to sit there and watch as your team anchor goes down in the opening set, that's just bad for morale. After stating so many times that he doesn't like to be first-up, you'd think the coaches would take notice. But no.

They played an insane game against Khan though. If you think about it, Khan has Jangbi/Stork/FBH (on and off sometimes but FBH on his on game is pretty scary). MBC has Sea and Light on their forefront. Considering the respective rosters, MBC definitely shows they're getting a lot better a lot faster than before.
