Judging from the way they do this show, Hyungjun has to actually defeat 6 actual players in a roll in a real Courage tournament to become a real progamer. I wouldn't bet my money on him to pass a courage test even if he got Shark behind him.

Or, they can always chicken out and MBC Heroes can just give Hyungjun a progamer license for "good behavior" at the end of the show.

If they gift him a license they simply have to play him in a real proleague match.

Caught up to the 3rd episode now! Sooooo good! I heard laughter and it took me an entire second to realize that it came from my own mouth!

Hyungjun has some serious luck here. First courage, he just happens to meet a foreign player. First benching, his team just happens to make an all-kill.

My impression is that this show is 30% scripted. All the situations and events are scripted, but the dialogues and the reactions are genuine.

Can't wait for episode 4! TL-sub team, fighting!

Of course it is scripted, it is a reality show after all. Still I am loving the hell out of it.

Shark has been hanging out with some other kpop singers for a couple yrs now, which wld explain his shitty form since late '08. IIRC, it's Super Junior and Shinhwa.

I think HJ will win Courage, ONLY if the show runs through March because I think he needs about another month to further improve. He was already an expert at some other game (forgot the name, my Korean is only so-so), just that he's relatively new to SC.

And yeah, the show is airing right now in Korea...

yep, anyway I really hope the producers extend the show at least till the end of March Courage cos it's just too addictive!

Most of it is hilarious. Revival and Saint appear a lot in this episode. As usual, some banter between HJ and Sea. Also interesting difference in teaching style between the former and current MBCGame captain. But the ending is intense, I felt sooo bad for Shark, Ha Tae Ki is quite scary.

The producers hold a meeting next ep and they mention HJ's younger brother Ki Bum. No mention of what it is about but dear Lord, I hope they don't intend to replace HJ with his brother cos Ki Bum, bless his heart, is neither remotely good looking nor funny.
