That's not fair (especially with idra, who actually owns progaming license) considering they train 8 hours/day with the best players in the world. They shouldnt be considered foreigners anymore
just my two cents, hoping for great tournament nevertheless Does Idra have a progaming license? I thought he never went through courage but just got an offer from CJ...
Yeah, and he got it from Estro quite some while ago so no reason to bring that up again
edit: thanks zeep

Yep I thought the same... ret should be allowed to play but idra has been a progamer for well over a year.

yeah, but he's been a part of the community, and part of teamliquid for MUCH longer than that. They already said if he was participating in leagues, and was on the A team, then he wouldnt of been allowed to play, however he is beatable, and not a guarantee to win. Also, because of his skill level, he has a much much higher chance at being cheesed by everyone he plays, and therefore stands a chance to lose.

So do Artosis' videos lag for anyone else when you try to watch? Takes forever to buffer it completely.
EDIT: Does it seem like Ret keeps bashing idra? Every player that IdrA doesn't like Ret compliments, pretty funny.

I closed it after a hour of loading last night. That site is terri-bad.

SCforall videos used to be terrible for me, but now they usually work fine. Sometimes I have to reload the page at the start, but then it always works. Also I have to start the videos with the play button in the center and not with the play button in the bottom bar for it to work.
Anyway, great interview as far as the content goes (go Jos!). The sound quality (volume in general, volume disparity between people, noise due to wind) could really be better, especially at the beginning, certainly something to remedy in the future. Keep'em coming, Artosis!

the video was flawless to me: no lag, good sound, fast download speed, etc.
im just saying cause I only see negative feedback, so they know that this is not happening to everyone or even is only happening to certain countries, states, regions...
funny video, Im curious of what they think about koll... if they said something about him I missed it lol

I hate how every one keeps bashing Idra, he reminds me off my brother, cool guy just gets easilly pissed off when losing. Not a big deal, thats why i have my sig

Great interview. Do wish that Artosis asked their opinions on Nony, Draco, and Iefnaij, though!

The videos only work in IE for me.

I think it is absurd that they hop into our scene whenever money is available then shun us when it isn't. I skipped several pages of this thread just to re-quote this. This is right beyond belief. No one knows much about any of the chinese gamers because of how little they are active in the community. If it isn't a money sort of opportunity for them they don't even bother.

Perhaps, but I think IdrA was right as well. This only makes the tournament better, and it's interesting to test the top foreign talent against the Chinese.
