wat is his height? i dontt hink hes very tall, so he definitely should be able to get in a lot mroe mass than THAT.
ppl like kal have a harder time bulking, but stork definitely should not be fooled into staying at that body figure.

Don't forget the guy is a pro-gamer, not a body builder.
He's in great shape, thats the point.
I'd also go as far as to say that the average person in the US has a pretty skewed view of what a "healthy" weight is... there is no reason to just carry around a bunch of extra "mass" to be "healthy". Especially for most small framed Koreans.

well 240 pounds still isnt obese if they are very muscular.
and cursor, you are right, but having more useful mass is usually never detrimental. there are so many practical benefits to being bigger/stronger.

So, he lost a lot of noticeable weight in 6 or 7 weeks? That sounds like he worked really hard at it. I just hope for him that yo-yo effect doesn't strike once he stops working out quite so much. Nutritionists usually recommend not to lose more than 1 or 1.5 lbs
