Killer with a chance to get revenge for the way Boxer embarassed him back in GOM Season 2, should be interesting. Hope to see Flash show us something sexy against Savior and Luxury to crush Effort.
thanks for doing this. wow at T1 sending out Boxer <3, although SKT1 lost their last PL match -_- hope their coaches know what they're doing suprised no Roro for wemade
He's only been placed in the lineup like 3 times since he's been back from the military I believe. This is during the actual PL/WL, not counting stuff like map test matches, etc.
Tornado is a new map iirc, so probably Boxer is sent out to test a new strategy. I'm pretty confident that Boxer can win against Killer, after all his TvZ is still fairly decent. And please do win because I have Boxer on my FPL (sheer fanboyism i know), and we don't get to see Boxer play that often do we?
Flash vs Savior will probably be one-sided. Check out Flash TvZ lately, he's been raping zerg left and right. Though it'll always be nice to see old schooler grabbing a win every now and then so gogogogo Savior =P
Bisu will school Perfectman once again though Jaedong will prolly upset Hyuk (you heard it right lol).

Last time they met boxer 2-0'ed him with valks and nukes ^^ (with mech opening at neither)
Looks like the Oz coach outsmarted T1 coach. T1 bet that Jaedong will probably be playing in the 3rd set or maybe even 4th set, hence they put their strongest players Bisu and Fantasy on there. Because usually stronger players are put on 3rd match to tilt the tide. Its advantageous for Jaedong to play someone other than Bisu/Fantasy because it is considered 1 guaranteed win. If they have that 1 win, they only need 1 other win from their other 3 players to bring it to an ace match. Thats why I think Oz coach put JD in 1st match because he anticipated that they would try to snipe JD using Bisu in 3rd match. Because Bisu and JD is almost always 50/50 chance it was too risky for a team like Oz that has little depth.
Anyway my predictions Hyuk < Jaedong Boxer < Killer Bisu > Perfectman Fantasy > Lomo Ace Bisu/Fantasy vs. Jaedong

I doubt it. SKT obviously did their lineup by maps first, and by player second. They're not looking to maximize the chance that they'll get one of their aces against Jaedong, because getting Bisu v Jaedong on a bad PvZ map is just throwing away a potential win from Bisu. Putting Bisu on Heartbreak, Tornado, or Moon Glaive gets you a Bisu v Jaedong where Bisu starts on the back foot AT BEST. At worst, he gets sniped by Killer or GGaemo. And given how PvZ on Match Point works out, it's obvious that Oz won't play Jaedong on Match Point--why play him there when that's the only map that SKT could conceivably put Bisu on?
As far as Fantasy goes, experience shows his chance of winning is highest in his 1st game of the night. Needing to prepare twice against Jaedong means he's much less likely to win both, whereas he can prepare something to snipe Jaedong if he only needs to play him in 1 game.
There's no "outsmarting" being done here IMO. Coach Cho made smart picks, but there's not much that T1 could have done to counter that, because most other possible arrangements would lead to a worse situation. This way, Bisu and Fantasy are pretty certain to win their games, and neither Hyuk's nor Boxer's games are throwaways. Hyuk certainly has a legitimate chance against Jaedong, and Boxer has to have something prepared if SKT isn't playing Canata or Mong in that spot.
BoxeR is going to outplay Killer due to experience. Bisu and fantasy SHOULD win, but can't guarentee anything. If it goes to Ace Match, like Azure says, Bisu/fantasy vs Jaedong
Boxer...guess T1 figured it's early in the season so there's a room for risk...
Let's pray he wins, for the next time we shall see him is when the season is almost over, things are pretty much determined, and there's a room for risk again...

They're playing OZ, if they were playing him just for kicks they'd play him against ACE or estro(who they lost to anyway lol) or some other badly performing team

I never noticed that one when skimming through the line-ups. Their Neo Requiem game is one of the coolest games of all time. Outsider is the perfect map for a somewhat similar game. Go Stork!
For the matchup totals, 1 unit = 1/6 of the announced lineup games (ie. the expected fraction if lineups were distributed uniformly over all matchups). Similarly for the race totals, 1 = 1/3 of appearances.
The race percentage is the fraction of games where at least one player has that race (eg. zergs were entered in 62% of the games this week).
This week 1 T · 0.8 P · 1.2 Z 0.3 TvP, 1.35 PvZ, 1.35 ZvT, 1.2 TvT, 1.05 ZvZ, 0.75 PvP 48% w/ T, 40% w/ P, 62% w/ Z 50% mirrors + Show Spoiler +
It'd be interesting to see if Savior has really got his mojo back. I think him playing against Flash is a good litmus test to prove to the CJ coaching staff that he, at least, is an actual viable option for Proleague as long as he doesn't meet a zerg.
Boxer is still a viable option these days as long as the game doesn't end up being a macrofest. He's against Killer so he should be able to roll him since he's always been good against zerg.
I really need a boost in my Fantasy Team players. JangBi is giving me nothing, and CJ hasn't been doing as good as I think they should be. I hope they at least stop sending sAviOr out for Ace matches, now...
FireFist and 815 getting the nod over HoeJJa this week. Other than that, it seems KT is holding to their Flash + Luxury + Stats/Violet line-up, which is a good thing.

Yeah I was hoping for Hoejja in there he seems to do well opening matches up. Firefist and 815 are just as able though imo, if perhaps less experienced. This season seems ripe

I haven't seen Snow for CJ in a long time, not a lot of games. And he gets Bisu? Poor guy.
Let's be fair here.
sAviOr is 2-0 against Bisu this year. One of those games even mattered.
To be clear: what I'm saying is if sAviOr can scratch Bisu from an MSL, a CJ Protoss can stand a chance... right? But expect cheese, regardless...
Snow played a good game against Bisu last time on Neo Medusa, having the positional advantage. Still he showed potential, but Bisu's pvp is currently the safest bet in StarCraft. He is better than Jaedong in the mirror MU atm . YES I WENT THERE !

hmm trading for type-b seems tempting since hite is play weaker teams, what do u guys think trading stats for type-b , since stats is splitting with violet anyways..
I think they should stop letting teams sending players knowing what the maps will be, with the exception of ace matches, let them pick their 4 players and their appearance order and randomize the maps right after. Strategic element can go screw itself, right now we see not strategy but map abusing most of the time with constant mirrors, often ridiculous 4 out of 4.
man can you please double-check lineups or else don't translate them at all and let the professionals do it. i use these for the tl calendar but in future i'm not going to anymore because i can't take the risk.
i only just had to edit some of the calendar entries to fit with FOMOS because some of them were wrong (like you had shine[kal] instead of roro)
i was excited for my fantasy but now i am not (i had shine)
