Nice map!
Yeah, more outsider! Which one is the third map?
Edit: Heartbreak ridge it is. The pictures caught my eyes and I missed the obvious .

Cyclone Eye looks pretty cool. But yeah El Nino is a lot like Ice Outsider...

Both these maps look really interesting, actually. Can't wait to see them in action.
With that min only on El Nino, it complicates Outsider's 'which expansion do I take?' even more so. I like the large, open mains, and the potential for lots of unconventional play.
Those walls on Cyclone Eye should prove to be interesting, though I'm not sure how things will play out with such a huge portion of the map devoid of resources, and a very open center. Cross positions look to be wildly different from side-by-side, more than we've seen in a while.

I may be crazy but those maps look like they favor protoss over zerg slightly, maybe map makers started feeling bad for toss :D

Cyclone Eye looks pretty bad for Terran. Pushing through the center area might be tough with all that open space.
El Nino looks pretty cool though. The lack of gas options prevents the lame sit-on-four-gas-and-fast-tech-to-hive zerg while Terran holds out on four base play that Outsider eventually developed into.

OMG! A cross between Tau Cross and Outsider! Second map looks nice too.

Yeah the weather pattern makes more sense.
