eSTRO can give him a license. IdrA got his that way. My guess based on what we saw for Nony and IdrA would be that they'll let him take a few shots at Courage to see if he can get it on his own, and if he doesn't make it through one they'll give it to him.

Yeah that sounds about right. So there´s 10 courages/year (right?), and lets speculate that he has to participate in 2 of them before he gets a license from eSTRO (of if he actually wins one which i doubt due to his supposed lack of zvz-skill) - it pretty much blends down to if he will be able to participate in GOM for me or not...Which would be totally bad-ass!

Each proteam only has 2 free licences every season to give out, you really have to be worth it to give them out. And if you can't pass courage, are you really worth it? IdrA got his free 'cause he was getting traded to CJ, not 'cause they just wanted to give him a licence.

"Worth it" need not be from a pure skill point of view. Teams can also profit from taking in foreigners as a PR gag.

Correct... Daniel Lee was allowed to give 1 player a pro license so he gave it to IdrA then IdrA was immediately was picked up by CJ Entus. As far as we know IdrA lost all of his courages

is it only 1 player that gets a pro license? i had this idea that nearly all progamers were given that exempt status, as it is is so prohibitively difficult to win a courage tournament these days
