"in real sports," this is how round robins always work lol. head-to-head is the best method, not how many sets you drop.

Beyond what everyone else has said, this is a team-based league, and there's a lot of research, thought and strategy that goes into putting together a lineup. A team with inferior players that can put together a good lineup to beat a superior team is just as valid a win as defeating another team with raw skill. This kind of a standardized format is set up so you can play it. Trust me, as coordinator of UCR, I spend an average of seven whole minutes putting together ours every week. It's an unbelievable amount of work.

Some teams, as they started losing each match, became more and more discouraged, so players essentially quit the team/lost interest, so the roster is an inaccurate representation of how many players that teams actually had - teams that lost the chance to be in players just stopped trying essentially. lots of teams with either late or no lineups this week ^_^ i guess it's what happens when you know you've lost... =[

It's just the way CSL tie breaker system is set up. if you really thought there was a problem you should have contacted the admins and tried to change the tie breaker rule before the season started, not because at the end of the regular season you realize that the system is disadvantageous to your team.

This. If you weren't the team that got shafted by this rule, you sure as hell wouldn't be going on some crusade to get it overturned because of whatever "oh it's the right thing to do" reason you're coming up with :/
