I've got als a 'brilliant' idea: why don't they let the progamers take part in some kind of iron man tournament where they have to swim synchronized, dance hardstyle (JD would win), play Hello Kitty Online and than play Observermadness UMS in their freaking freetime.

Honestly, what kind of bullcrap is this? =/ WTH is wrong with kespa...

I can understand why some people are saying they won't want to watch this, but despising it, and kespa, for these matches seems a bit excessive.

Seems obvious to me that they're just trying to get Starcraft fans to try watching Special Force and vice-versa. I think it'll be good to see the teams even larger, working to win. Not like it'll mean a lot anyway.

Some people are posting like Kespa are doing something really evil here.

If I've missed something, please point it out.

That it's a SC tournament, and they are afraid to lose their rights to casting it (hence why they screwovered GOM, because they don't have influence there.)

This actually doesn't look so bad, sure more SC than SF would of been...better, I think this will still be interesting to say the least.

This is possibly the dumbest thing I've ever heard of.
Gaespa sucks, why do they keep coming out with stupid things that ruin the game?

There must be something different between TL members and myself, because I don't see this as a huge fucking issue like everyone's making it out to be. KeSPA is trying to increase network traffic by getting people to watch two games. From what I heard, many people in the Korean e-Sports industry are bemoaning Starcraft because it takes up all the airtime, leaving other games to not be televised. So KeSPA tries to make this tournament to get the Starcraft fans to increase interest in another game, and it's now "stupid shit that ruins the game" or the "worst idea ever?" Seriously, what the fuck.

Kespa noticed that our Live Stream code bugs out when there's no events on the calendar so they just quickly made one up.

Why SF and not CS?

It seems strange to adopt a poorer game that no-one else in the world plays.

The company that made SF is sponsoring the tourney I think.

What are the Korean netizen comments?

I understand that e-sports should consist of more than just starcraft (which it should, as cs and wat not are exceptionally great games), but wats the point combining them. Really, lets say we just watched SKT1 vs OZ, and its a tie right now, and the fans know and want a JD vs Bisu game, but instead they get something else. In my opinion this format kills all the intensity of a Proleague match, and the intensity factor is what makes Pro league the most fun to watch as a spectator.

Look, if I wanted to watch professional FPS I'd be watching something like CS. Who cares about SF?

"WTF Sudden is so much better"

"LOL TESTINATION (They misspelled Destination on the article)"

"Support WC3 or Tekken Crash instead"

"I'm not watching since there's no SamSung."

"I think it's a good chance to support SF"

Etc. Not too many haters.

urgh... Special Force, or Solider Front (you can download and play on ijji for free) is a horrible game. I like Sudden Attack way better than that garbage game. It would be awesome if they had CS, so the Korean CS scene can grow again since it's been dead for about 4 -5 years. It can help the lower tier teams below WeMadeFOX become better teams so they can compete with Europe.
