Grubby vs Flash MLG Dallas Fall Results

Raihn United States216 Posts November 04 2012 03:20 GMT #1 The results are in… As sad as it is for me (I’m a huge Grubby fan) to state; Flash came away with a convincing victory at MLG Dallas – Summer Championship . I had planned to finish out the sketch with a small/fun comic stripe to ‘illustrate’ (pun intended) the results. I hope next time we can see Grubby’s power unleashed! He is so cool he retweeted this comic even though he didn't win. He is such a manner guy, and a true example of sportsmanship. Thanks for the retweet Grubby! It seemed like flash beat him pretty handily and grubby wasn't even close to taking a game, non-less the match. Never was a big flash fan but I think this guy is for real now. He'll b in the winners bracket today so GL flash!

Part of this is BW pride, but the other half is that top KeSPA players like Flash have already competitive with GSL Code S players. Was Grubby ever competitive with that level in SC2? afaik he's been rather understated compared to his WC3 presence. And ya, your art style is really nice

Had he shown the same tight control and early ghosts vs Naniwa, I am not sure the series would be as epic as it was. Also, nice art. You should do one for the Naniwa series. That was one of the best series I have seen since MMA vs DRG.

Lokian United States699 Posts November 04 2012 17:03 GMT #19 I like the emphasis on flash's arm being like robotic and stuff since Flash did get an operation to fix his arm. I also like how cool and hard grubby tried to fight flash, but flash didn't even do anything but flex his arm.
