Learning how to draw

I've always had decent drawing skills, but I've never bothered to draw any realistic pictures. Used to draw some manga style kinda when I was younger, and then just random fantasy stuff. I got some good pencils (6B to 4H) and other drawing stuff this christmas though, so I figured I would try to learn to draw some realistic stuff.

So far I'm still new to it, this is only my third drawing with these pencils, and one of the first time drawing realistic hair and not just very simple manga-like hair.

I don't have any scanner so it'll have to do with an iPhone picture, unfortunately it looks very "grainy", it's a lot smoother irl. Would really like some feedback though!

You're very talented.
I wouldn't say any unrealisticness is a result of your drawing skills, but a result of anatomy.
Her lips and noes contain "cartoony" curves if you ask me.
Otherwise its swell!

It's pretty nice. Now the question is which way you want to go, you need to find your own style. If you want to try and go for photo-realism you still have LOTS of work, probably mostly on shading but I'm not really a gosu drawer to tell.
Overall yeah very well done, above mediocre for sure but nothing special.

The hair is pretty sexy. I'd do this chick only due to the hair .. and eyes. Wouldn't want her to give me head though, mouths a little scary.

I think your drawing skills are pretty bad ass, you gotta practice more if you wanna keep improving though.

I don't think I'll go for photo-realism, at least not yet. That's way too hard for me right now, I'll just keep working on shading and drawing hair.

The hair, especially for a first attempt, and eyes look pretty good!

As for crit, try to vary your shading. For example, the shading above the cupid's bow doesn't need to be so harsh. The lines don't stand out as much on those contours, so the shading can be a lot softer. Also, when people are smiling, that area doesn't show up as much, it sort of flattens out. (Try looking in a mirror and test it out :D)
