Hey all~ first blog post
little bit bout myself:
I'm from HK, currently studying CS in Toronto. Been lurking TL for at least 2 years now. Favorite team used to be KTF but due to a series of unfortunate events (Reach+Yellow to ACE, forGG fail, NAMECHANGEWTF) I don't really prefer any one team now, just players.
Anyway, this summer I've been lazying about and decided to do a marathon mix of Exit Trance, which is a Japanese group that remixes popular JPop and anime series music. This is my first ever real mix, at just over an hour long (making it good BGM if you play MMOs or maybe a night drive). Don't need to apologize haha...I know the genre is not for everyone =P
People who knock it just because its related to JPop or anime music without listening, I only ask you to try it out, even if its only the first two or three tracks. If its still terrible then I'm sorry for wasting your time but this is more of a test to see if I can produce a good mix than anything else.

I don't know if I like it because of the trance or the K-On song, both are good I guess.
Note: I also really like JPop and Anime hehe ;p also I know all the songs used ugh to addicted.

Thanks, I really like the Kotoko Parts, Kotoko for the win hehe, also like the Zero no Tsukaima stuff, haven't finished it yet though.
The First ToraDora part was kinda mwwha the Second at 35~ is good. I don't like the Gundam 00 OP1 its nice to have some variation but I don't like this fast paced really SUPER high stuff hehe it doesn't fit the song at all.
I really like the Code Geass stuff though.

Thanks for the advice Ziph, I do agree that the Gundam00 mix throws the rhythm off a bit but I found the track itself was really good and mixed very well with Code Geass (effect of both being epic mecha anime maybe?) so I wanted to include it haha~

Oh its ok man. I didnt say that in bad way. Just its not my kinda music. It wasnt a waste of time at all, I just tried to listen =)

some stuff by Exit Trance is awesome, but everything besides the awesome stuff is... annoying

wooooo this is like.. like Japanese Hardcore... J-core. This is a type of hardcore, thus, I like it. =)
What software/hardware did you use to mix this? I like your skippy volume thing and the flanger FX you use.. pretty good mix, dude ^^
