Buff: Fanboy untaps normally (ability used to stall).

Buff: MasterofChaos is 1/6 (was 1/5).
Buff: New Unit Suggestion is 2/1 (was 1/1).
Buff: Teamliquidpro costs 2UU (was 3UU).
Nerf: Chill Out was remade (used to +0/-3).
Nerf: Debo is 2/2 (was 2/3) and costs 1WW (was 2W).
Nerf: Dimaga's white ability only redirects 1 point of dmg (was 2).
Nerf: Grack is rare (was uncommon).
Nerf: RaGe is 3/1 (was 4/1). Also uncommon (was common wtf).
Cream of Wheat reworded (thanks aphorism)
Base Art typo.
Noob Token (emo orc) has artist credit (Murderotica)
Stimey's name is fixed. He also has better flavor text.
Tdot's ability is worse (but he's cheaper/tougher).
Miscelleneous wording changes ('dies', more flavor text).
