甩低 - this is slang for something, but I'm not sure what for. I'm pretty positive that it's not non-slang; that is, it's not proper textbook Chinese I'm 80% positive that it's streetspeak for masturbating or ejactulating (or maybe even getting an erection). But I need a native Chinese speaker to confirm for me. Any help?   | ||

It is *Cantonese slang; it means " didn't show up as promised". If you want to try and use it in a dirty way, sure go for it. It's weird though. | ||

The above translation "didn't show up as promised" is correct But if it's in Cantonese, then it is pronounced like "Lut Dai" (pronounce it in english, rather rough translation Im afraid) | ||
