ICCup staff never responds -_-
I think the problem is Linksys. They have such horrible routers.
Try turning the router off (pull out the plug) and turn it on again.

Yeah Wireless LinkSys Router. Turning the router off doesn't work, tried it thousand times :\
Don't know what's going on. I'm pretty sure my area / city is not banned, because it runs smoothly in my friends house who lives next door...
After re-configuring my router other sites started working but iccup still is off for me :\

Then I don't know, I use WRT54G, always works after re-pluging the power. Sorry

Hey Naib, EvoTerran(TE) here by the way.
It's all about ICCUP WWW Site, not server. It's running perfectly smooth when I'm using proxy, but normally I can't open it :\ I can't do manual reports / making complaints and so on..

Is it possible for you to connect straight to the modem/whatever without the router and check it out again?
Is someone else using the same internet source and if yes does it happen to him as well?
Tried different comp/OS?
edit: Also ICCup apparently doesnt respond to ping at all since the site is working fine for me, while the ping doesnt come back.

2. I have 4 computers at home and it's not working in any of them. Haven't tried other OS but it's not that. It's running smooth for everyone living near except me..

I would try calling the ISP if possible. If not, my "knowledge" ends here.

Also.. did you post your problem on any specific IT forum? I guess you would get more help there.

First thing I noticed: you have Norton installed=Remove it. That would be my first level of troubleshooting. Uninstall Norton and install AVG Free or some other free antivirus

Well that shouldn't be Norton AV issue, because same problem appeared before I had Norton installed.

Its really common for websites to not reply to pings since it can be an avenue for an DDOS attack.
I would try telnet-ing to iccup through port 80. Then issue some basic HTTP request like
GET / HTTP/1.0
and then see if the server responds or if you can even connect to port 80. If you can't, it can either:
a. ICCUP is blocking the request made by your IP or ISP
b. its a network routing problem, so better check with your ISP
It definitely isn't a DNS problem since in your screenshot you issued a tracert request to www.iccup.com which properly resolved to the correct IP address.

I mean report it with your ISP. List all the sites that you are trying to access but can't. Also tell them what you have done so far. They can then check their network for problems.

Is iccup.com somehow blocked by the router? Check for blocked sites.

Your ISP will probably give you the finger. It's almost certainly nothing on their end but they get calls like that all the time.
Why not swap out your router with a different one to test it? That way you can isolate if it is still a router problem.
