Hello there. For few weeks now, I'm encountering strange situation. I mean I cannot open some sort of websites with NONE of the existing browser : IE / FF / Mozilla / Opera. One of that site is www.iccup.com
In order to get to icc site I need to use Online proxy website so it will allow me to load and browse the page. Such site like www.managerzone.com or www.orange.pl will as well not open for me.
I'm using Windows XP, Norton Antivirus and LinkSys router. Can anyone tell me what's the problem or how can I solve that? How to modify the settings or something else?
I'd highly appreciate. (I'm a cpu newb :\)
P.S : Few SS` : 1. + Show Spoiler + - while pinging iccup.com it's 'Timeout' 2. + Show Spoiler + - page loading for ages and cannot load :\

Well my dad's bought Norton Antivirus for all home cpu's and I never had problems with it. I just have to be 100% sure it's only Antivirus fault but I don't think it is...

Deleting Norton Antivirus isn't related to your problem, but it'll make your life better, you can trust me and the above posters on that, granted.
To actually give you a semi serious response, it might not be on your end, perhaps you're also a victim of ICCUP's random bans. Who knows these days, those admins are literally insane.

Maybe they banned your city too
But seriously, go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc and open the Hosts file with notepad, check if iccup's website is there and if it is, delete that whole line.

It's not there :\ BTW, city cannot be banned, because two friends of mine are playing iccup and accessing to the site without any problems.

well if you don't kill norton at least turn off the firewalls, windows and norton ~

either you are ip banned or your internet is blocking iccup is your ISP reputable/do you have parents or siblings who might block it out of spite?

reset your router brotato
solved my problem a couple weeks ago

my router resets by simply turning it on/off, but there's probably a button you can press with a thin metal piece ( the tip of a mechanical pencil, pen etc.) on the router somewhere

And I don't know how to configure it, because I'm really bad at it..
