Blue Screen Halp :(

So lately i've been getting the blue screen of death pretty regularly like every other day or so and my computer restarts and all is dandy till the next time it happens. idk exactly when it started probably in the last month or two. Anyways the blue screen finally stayed up instead of flashing for a second then insta restart and here's what it said (summarized from cell phone pics):
Problem has been detected blah blah blah this is it:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is first time just restart your computer and hope it doesnt happen blah blah if it keeps happening follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware/software is properly installed and check for any windows updates you might need
If problem continues then remove any newly installed hardware. Try disabling BIOS memory options such as cache or shadowing

So yeah thats about it...Any clue? I have no idea what hardware/software/drivers it could possibly be referring to.

Worst comes to worst i have restore points at the end of may and june and mid march but hopefully it wont come to that.

Run a diagnostic when your computer first boots up? (hit F2)

Usually that checks whether your individual hardware are working properly.
I got that blue screen message when my hard drive got close to breaking down on my old laptop.

"Driver" usually means hard drive, your cd-drive, maybe your inbuilt audio cards and stuff.
But it's usually your hard drive. If the error keeps coming up go check your hardware.

I had this problem when one of my ram sticks went bad, so you may want to check for that. There's a bunch of different boot disks that will do that job for you. I believe I used memtest86, and just let it run through all my ram (you can even set it to beep on errors so you can go do something else and hear if it finds anything wrong)
