Keep affected parts dry at all times (they can still get wet in the shower or whatever, but make sure you really dry well after), and if you are using anything that could cause those symptoms, either stop, or switch products. You can try lotion too, but avoid anything with strong scents etc that will dry out your skin even further | ||
