Dude. My dentist keeps telling me how lucky I am to have good, healthy teeth. I'm probably luckier than I thought. Some times I just brush for 30-40 seconds, and occasionally I neglect to brush my teeth at all before bed just out of sheer laziness, and I've consumed a lot of sodas over the years.
Lately I've taken to using toothpicks a lot, so that's a step up. Still a long way from the recommended care, though. Might be a bad idea to take them for granted.
AFK, brushing teeth thoroughly and getting ready for bed.

I asked my dad about the electric brush, he says he can't use it because his teeth are implants, so if he use the electric brush they will come loose

My girlfriend is a dental hygenist, she is currently with her daughter having dinner (I just called) I will have her read this thread and comment as soon as she has time.
She will give you the most accurate advice possible from the information you've given.

She said your dad needs to get;
peridex - prescription mouth rinse periostat- low strength anti biotic that taken as a three month course. (both of these are name brand americans titles, but she is sure that if you do some searching you can found out what the eqiviliant in your country is)
Also warm water and teaspoon of salt 3 times a day(don't drink obv)
He needs a deep cleaning .
For pain; any 800 mg ibprofun will help with the pain, which during times of pain can be taken once every six hours.
She also told me to capitaly post FLOSS DAILY , BRUSH TWICE A DAY.
I hope you can help your dad to follow at least some of this advice, it will improve his life.

she said to search for them by the names she gave you , which are , she said, the most common names, linking threw web searches should make finding them easier.
For the prescription mouth wash and antibiotic, that you what your dad needs to request threw his dental care provider, they are foundational tools for dental practice.

make ur dad understand that THERE ARE LURKERS IN HIS MOUTH. he must play TvZ moar to understand the importance of constantly scouting possible expansions. And when he finds them he must cleanse the area with a healthy dose of U-238 lead with regular medic support. The lurkers are burrowed, hard to detect, and DANGEROUS. Especially if they are stacked. The only way to keep them from expo-ing is to cleans daily and keep his scouting and macro up.

Yea some people just have better saliva or something. Me, I snore and probably have some form or sleep disorder. My mouth is open all night drying it out and harvesting bacteria. I also get tonsil stones and really bad morning breath regardless if i brush or not.
My friend has the exact same brushing/eating habits as me minus the flossing and has only had like 1 cavity his entire life.
I do have pretty strong teeth though from what dentists have told me.

Sort of like for disinfecting. Will regular brushing help him, or will it not be enough? definitely not enough... it's already too late to do anything about his teeth
most likely he'll need individual implants or something along those lines
however if he doesn't floss tell him to do so as it promotes gum health
btw ibuprofen has known to cause ulcer and other stomach problems so try to take it w/ some food and if ur dad has stomach problems it's usually best to not take it at all
