Dear Lee Jaedong,
I read on Teamliquid that you're in a slump. I know it must be hard to pick yourself up after you've fallen so far; I mean, in the last three games against Fantasy, you had a 100% win rate, whereas since then you've only had a 71% win rate. That's barely better than your lifetime average! It must be so rough to be trying so hard but sometimes only winning your matches 2-1. Also I heard you lost a ZvZ recently --- that must have really dented your confidence. Losing one game in five against Zerg players must be like Chinese water torture, with the slow accumulation of losses gradually driving you insane. Also I heard you haven't won any major titles since winning the last one --- I bet that's been really frustrating.
I just want to let you know that I won't stop rooting for you just because you're in a slump. Be strong, I know you can pick yourself up again and become the dominant player you once were.

Uh...
I don't think anybody is saying Jaedong is in a slump anymore. People mostly said it right after he beat Fantasy and throughout the entire month of April. He went 5-5 after the OSL finals and before May, which is definitely a slump for Jaedong. I'm pretty sure there was an interview with him where he said that he was sorry about his April slump but that he was happy that he won his first game in May.

Yeah, it's really a shame. I was a big LJD fan until recently. Watching him lose and lose and lose again has really added up on me as a fan. I just can't root for anybody who doesn't win all of their games and win every major championship every season.

Sometimes I wonder if people would feel the same way if Jaedong was Protoss and Bisu was Zerg.
I feel there is a large anti Protoss group on TL and I wonder if people are just more critical of Bisu because he plays Protoss, and not so much because they really don't like Bisu.

Obviously the TC was making fun of the people who said that Jaedong was in a slump, but the problem I was bringing up is that he's using information that surfaced AFTER people said that to mock them.

So where does this "Jaedong is in a slump" stuff come from? Well, a variety of sources:
1: Bisu fans. They just can't stand that Bisu failed to beat Fantasy. That Bisu couldn't pull of the 0-2->3-2 win that Jaedong did. They hate the fact that Bisu lost the GOM Classic special match because he screwed up. And they can't stand the fact that Jaedong is just plain better than Bisu  So anytime Jaedong loses, Bisu fans play it up.
2: Jaedong fans. We expect a lot out of him; maybe too much. We know that he's dancing on the razor's edge of failure everytime he sends that Muta-ball into someone's base, facing odds that would kill lesser players. Deep down, we know that someday, Jaedong will come crashing down. So when we see him do poorly, even in a couple of games, we jump the gun and assume that Jaedong's descent has started.
3: Flash fans. For them, it's projection; they project Flash's very obvious slump onto Jaedong. It's mostly Proleague jealousy that Jaedong is able to carry his team while Flash can't. Speaking of the Proleague:
4: OZ haters. They want nothing more than to see Jaedong crash and take OZ with him. So they say he's in a slump. If they keep saying it, it might come true

Bisu looks like Bruce Lee. If youre a Bruce Lee fan, odds are you will sympathize with Bisu too. :p
I usually cheer for the underdogs or old player, cuz it is so much more fun when they win.
Jaedong, Bisu and Flash dominating is alright though. We have nice balance of races. All 3 of them are very deserving.
