okay so i was playing a protoss on iccup and i scouted his main seeing no gateways checked for fast nexus nothing so then i knew proxy was on the way a 2 gate proxy i thought to myself " crap how am i gonna do this no rines yet and theirs probably zealots on the way ".
so then they come in and hes calling me noob cuz im from usa wich annoyed me a little allready so then when he does his rush after calling me a noob i say " f***ing noob* then he has his zealots in raping my main i lift my cc and barracks planning to relocate
now i remember bm stuff like that is alot of subtracted points on iccup i had no intention on being bm it was an attempt to relocate somewhere safer he then says " waste of my time" and leaves now im worried hes going to report it as bm and im going to lose points :/
im not sure but can someone answer if this is bm ?

It is BM, but you won't lose points for it. And you there's no maps anymore where there is an island/pseudo island that's still being played so you would've just killed you wherever you landed.

No you can't... By the time a 4 pool or any rush arrives at your base, it will be past 2 minutes.
I think iCCup does give wins if your opponent leaves under 2 mins and he was at a disadvantage, just not extra points for BM.

Wasnt there a famous strat on RH3 where you would proxy rax at one of the other mains then scout and if he wasnt in it you leave before 2 mins?

Actually I was very recently punched in the face by some guy for no reason whatsoever, that's why I used it as an example, my point was that his gay little idiom thing, while technically true, will deliver injustice in many instances.

I've also started doing it lately. If someone starts being lame as lifting buildings, lagging uncontrollably past 2 minutes or pausing for long, I usually just leave. I think most foreigners are taking iccup ladder way too seriously, it's just a tool for practise.

You don't get a win for reporting leavers under 2 minutes but they will be subtracted -100, and increased amounts of 100 per offense.

If people knew that initiating BM would lead to longer more annoying games and BM back at them they would be less likely to do it. Not BMing back is just being an enabler.

The two hardly compare you know. And even if someone were to punch you in the face why would you hit back? I've been punched several times for no reason because i work part-time as a bouncer, but I've never punched anyone back.

Dude... That's probably the worst way to define a strawman argument... Strawman argument is just when you compare an argument to something else, and then attack the something else instead of the argument (hence the name ). It has nothing to do with distorting the argument, it's ignoring the argument altogether.
EX: 1: two wrongs don't make a right
2: saying two wrongs don't make a right is like saying -2 x -2 doesn't equal 4, and that's clearly wrong.

BS I love it when people use strawmen like these, because people walk up to eachother and punch eachother in the face for no reason on a daily basis, great example, not to mention that would be called self defense. The two hardly compare you know. And even if someone were to punch you in the face why would you hit back? I've been punched several times for no reason because i work part-time as a bouncer, but I've never punched anyone back.
No in terms of seriousness they don't compare, but the principle is the same and the point remains, if someone punches you in the face you're ENTITLED to hit them back, if someone BMs you you're ENTITLED to BM back, simple fact.

Sure if someone bm's or hits you there's the possibility to do the same, but that just means stooping to that level. Says something about your character, especially in the hitting people example.

The BM is simply text on a screen to some random stranger you'll never meet, who cares? And if someone hits you they probably wish to start a fight and won't stop after that, may as well defend yourself.
