Personally I only GG if I think my opponent did earn it. I've accidentally canceled my first barracks at 90% completion before. My opponent didn't really earn that, I just fucked up on my own. If my opponent actually earned an advantage with skills I would GG but if I forgot to bring my medics TvZ or went to build a vessel but something was in the way when I built my sci facility and it cost me the game, I wouldn't GG. I wouldn't say outloud "fuck your lucky I forgot ____, that's only why you won" and I wouldn't cuss him or anything but I would just leave silently.

If you whisper him that it only makes him rage more and provokes him into harassing you and starting pointless arguments over the internet. If you think not GG'ing 100% of the time is BM you should keep it to yourself.
