[H] All-night internet

So, for some reason, my stupid damn computer has decided that it no longer wants to work with plug-in-the-damn-side-with-an-ethernet-cord internet, but rather only wireless internet.

Also, two term papers due tomorrow. So. I need some places with all-night wireless internet. Any ideas?

did you try disabling your wireless card and restarting your LAN connection?

Um... internet cafes? Friends' house? Free internet plug spots on the street (I dunno what else to call them) ...

Maybe reinstall your internet drivers?(That is, if you even have a CD, with them...)

Honestly, I don't know what else to say to help you.

you could always go to the university computer lab... It's the LAST place I'd be caught, but it sounds like your deadlines are quickly approaching. You could also buy a wireless router which I thought everyone owned by now.

Go to the nearest major university. They pretty much have wi-fi all over campus.

Coffee shops (we have some that are 24 hours with wi-fi

College campus

Apartment buildings(chill in the play area leach off someone and dodge weary parents)

I'm at a major university ^_^;; but I don't relish the idea of sitting outside on a bench. (the apartments I'm staying in are just beyond the university's wifi)

Is your ethernet disabled perhaps? Plug it in and see if the lights are blinking, if not, you may have to re-enable it (or it may have broken D
