Samgyeopsal is of course the standard but having ate it a lot I can honestly say I prefer the above.

The last time I went to a krnbbq buffet, I got owned and got food poisoning for a few days. If you're confident, then go for it...it's delicious. Other than that, go for samgyubsal (bacon-like pork cut that's actually not that hard to cook). Eat it with lettuce, a bit of rice, piece of grilled onion, pepper sauce (gochu jang), and whatever else you think will be delicious with it (only the aforementioned is required). The kalbi (korean style short ribs) is always an excellent choice...perhaps the best thing to come out of Korea ever. | ||
