when RAs document an incident, they are not allowed to use any biased language. their entire writeup is required to be from a 3rd person objective perspective. all you had to do in the write was: 1) state what the university policy is 2) state how you violated that policy 3) why you violated it (perhaps mention that the safety/wellbeing of a friend is more important than a minor infraction) 4) why you are apologetic and why it won't happen in the future (aka what you learned from this experience) ezpz | ||
