I was going through my files and I found a replay of when my brother accidently (prolly not) opened the cd tray while I was playing my friend. I noticed the build I was using was messed up. I remember learning that build from some dud on battlenet. It was

7 pylon
9 Gas
10 Gateway
14 Core pylon

well yeah that opener is screwed up. This was in the summer on Colloseum I.

I saw this and started rofling. I have been thinkinh recently that I have not been improving at all after the summer but seriously after watching this replay.,, I have improved a lot. I was just critiqing my self on this replay.

Im to lazy to load the replay... and I cant find it.

But its still hilarious XD

I know I have improved aLOT

now to go to clan

I remember an old game on bluestorm where i was using 1 fact and 5 bases and banked like 10k

i watched a erplay from 2 months later and laughed so hard at myself

If you want this story to be well received... the first thing you have to do is explain wth the cd tray thing has to do with the humor if the bad rep....

But the topic of looking back at your old reps to see how much you actually have improved is good.

Man... if I look at my reps from 2 years ago they are better than now

This isnt too related, but i remember when i first played the game, i downloaded a replay pack of savior and played like 10 games vs T, i had no concept of zvp or zvz really, but my very first game against a P i somehow won (using a vsT strategy) and i remember thinking "oh man ZvP is easy, i only need to worry and practice ZvT". now ZvP is my worst matchup. ahh the irony.

When I first started improving I thought it was neat to watch old reps of myself so I could actually see the improvement. I thought it was a good thing to see, since at low levels you constantly lose no matter what so it can be hard to actually see improvement in your game.

These days, though, I don't bother. I don't watch a replay of myself if it's more than a week old.
