I've been playing for half a year (online in ICCUP) and about another half(vs computer), so the thing is, I've gone in and out of D+, I got to that rank 4 times already, then after a lot of bad games, I reset my stats.
Then after a short while I got an 8-0! Yah good for me, but the thing is, I will practically D- hunting that time, (most of the D players I faced had like 800 points or something, so I stopped that piece of crap that I was doing, and faced random guys, not caring if he's D+ or D, now I got 9-11 on my record, which is pretty bad.. 
Anyway, here's the thing, I wanna mass game, but I'm busy with my life.. I mean, you know, I'm a college student, and it's almost our finals, and EVERYTIME I play, I can't stop thinking of the girl I like, but Im too shy to talk to her.
So I think, that one is a BIG distraction.
So, I'm kinda asking for help, on how to get back to D+, how to concentrate on my studies, and talk to the girl I like at the same time.
EDIT: She's Bisexual!

just get your priorities straight and focus your energies accordingly.
If you're not going to graduate school, girl > grades > starcraft.
If you are going to grad school, grades > girl > starcraft
If you want to wallow in self-pity and think being good at starcraft will compensate for the other parts of your life...well that's just kinda sad.
Grades: go study somewhere away from your dorm/apartment if you aren't already doing so. Study with a friend (consider the girl??) and keep each other accountable. Separate your study time/area with your play time/area. Put in the time and then when you go home just relax. For godsakes don't study on a computer with starcraft (or TL access if possible but that's usually one you just have to suck up)
Girl: Hang out more with mutual friends you have and increase the "chance" encounters you have with her. Don't dress like a bum. And, paraphrasing Dwight Schrute, don't be an idiot.

Yea I started with 12-0 and now im 35-40 haha..
but "how to get back to D+, how to concentrate on my studies, and talk to the girl I like at the same time." seems contradictory. It's hard to concentrate on studies if you mass game. I struggled with the same thing recently. I'm in a rigorous quarter system in a very competitive college and I realize that I really need to dedicate a lot of time to studies. I just give myself strict rules.. things like only SC on weekends and no more than like 6 games a week maybe
And about the girl problem just like be yourself. Approach her like a good friend would ;-)

Starcraft is great because you can always get 10-10 stats (as in playing people of your own level) and this will never change for you.
Stick to playing when you feel like it and reward yourself after hard studies. Being in love is a blessing go with it or don't

As far as the girl goes...ask her out if you want, don't if you don't. A friend is more important than someone who'll have sex with you anyway. tbh imo sex is totally unimportant, people should get over that fact and try and get on with eachother, rather than constantly trying to get girlfriend --> get sex.
but i disagree with radar. If shes a proper bisexual in school shes probably weird. Wear colours that clash. Weird people love that :p

Yah, but I've had a crush on the girl for 10 effing years! And Im a 17 year old guy... I use to talk to her alot, but when I got to college I got a little busy, and didn't see her, then when Christmas came, I got the time to see her and the gang, but sadly, my "shyness" if you'd like to call it that way, got control of me, so I can't even talk or look at her anymore...
