After almost a year of not playing at all, I've decided to come back to starcraft!!!
Note that I haven't exactly left the starcraft community, as I still watch about 20-25 hours of games a week. However, playing starcraft was putting too much pressure on my during my undergraduate days at harvey mudd (just about the most difficult, work intensive college in the USA.) As a result, I had to turn down:
WCG 2006 grand finals (Lastgosu couldn't go, I couldn't go, Artosis ended up going)
Playing at Blizzcon 2007
PGL in China
WCG 2007 USA finals
Playing in the TSL
More importantly I was without:
-That wonderful electric feeling in your fingertips after a long session
-The satisfying feeling of accomplishment
-The joy of analysis and improvement
Thusly, I've decided I'm going to start playing more (as much as possible). I'll try to document my progress as well as provide some more audio-type commentary on my thought processes. Yaaaay BW

I do hear Harvey Mudd is a lot of work, haha. I dunno why one would go to a school that has a reputation for working your butt off, but I'm sure you learned a lot.

Yea I'm pretty bad if a college had any reputation for making their students work their asses off I didn't apply (UChicago, Northwestern, MIT, Harvey Mudd, etc.). I'm sure Harvey Mudd's a great school though.

Mwahahahahaha, my plan of assembling and sponsoring an all-American, all-Zerg proteam is coming to fruition! We will move to Korea for SC2 and use cheesy stereotypical aliases like "FATHAMBURGER" or "TWINTOWERNEVERFORGET" as we dominate the Proleague, with MBS and automine compensating for our naturally slower fingers!
I can't wait to wear fancy dress suits and give January the staredown from across the booths. The players will of course wear poofy jackets and/or tracksuits, possibly velour ones. Who's with me?

Excellent idea. Our booth girls will be the hottest BY FAR. Bump those league-supplied schoolgirls, we're bringing in our own.

Yea.... I mean for anyone unaware Suppy got B last season so he could probably even beat Incontrol/Machine in a 2v1 with his skills.
Also Cloud said in another thread that by.testie (Target) went Random and got zerg twice in a row so he was pretty mad about that.
