Seriously if the world ends on my birthday I'm going to be so pissed. I know there was Y2k and what happened with that shit but this Nibiru/Planet X thing is freaking me out. This could be happening.. I guess will have to wait and see till then.

Those Planet X nutjobs have been predicting the end of the world for decades. They just keep changing the year every time it doesn't happen. Do a search on the wayback machine for their websites and laugh at how the same doom and gloom scenario repeats itself every five years - just long enough for most people to forget about the last time their predictions failed to come true.

I think these people want you to buy their books or at least give them ad revenue.

I don't think it will end, but I think something will happen. If the economy doesn't start improving soon, at the very least we will see the effects of that, which could even be war.

I read about this. The entire theory is based on the 9 planets of the solar system alligning with oneanother and the Mayan calender. But seeing as Pluto isn't a planet anymore we should be fine (lulz). Worry less about silly theories and more about us floating on a big ball in the universe unable to control anything on our own planet let alone out there in the universe. OH GOD MAJOR ASTEROID IS GOING TO HIT US IN THE FACE ;_;

edit : It's not 2011 but 2012. Either November 21st or December 21st

There was an interesting documentary about this 2012 thing on Discovery called Doomsday 2012 The End Of Days.

They talked about many interesting theories that seems coincidentally conclude that there would be somethings big happen in 2012 that might be the end of the Earth. The theories come from the Mayan calender, Merlin the wizard (or somethings like that, I couldn't remember), some oracles, a book called I-Ching and the web-bot project...

They said that Poles Shift, the process that changes the positions of North and South Poles, might happen in 2012. They also talked about some other natural disasters that might bring the end to life on the Earth on that day and even nuclear war.

According to it, the date is December 21st 2012.
