In light of the oscars, I'm looking to see a movie that will make cry.

Movies that have me cry in the past:
Pursuit of happyness
Meet joe black
Benjamin button
Crash
Leon the professional

The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0063050/

...made me ball my eyes out when I was about 10, I think that's the last time I cried in a movie.

Why would you want a movie to cry to? I can't stand those personally.

Last movie I can distinctly remember walking out of just feeling like crap was Million Dollar Baby. Didn't cry, but it's probably the closest I've come while watching a movie.

If you're Christian, then Passion of the Christ. (Please, no flame/argument/debate)

Probably the most intense film I've ever seen. That will rip you apart. (In a good way.)

I shed a tear in The Wrestler where Ram talks with his daughter and saying to her how much a fuck he was.

Also in Hero when the woman kills the man that loved her (he actually lets her kill him)

and in La vita e bella with Benini (one of my fav movies)
Terran in particular is a notoriously strong race for a no brain skillhand bot style.

Im surprised no one posted Forrest Gump.

Anyway, my list:

Forrest Gump
Das Boot
Empire of the Sun (maybe, but it's pretty sad, iirc)

There are some more, but I can't remember their names now. There are some movies that made me laugh until I cried and some that made me cry in horror too, but assume you are asking for a different type of cry, so I include them.

Me too.

I watched it the other day, which would bring my lifetime total watchings of it to about 150.

I watched that movie twice a day 4 days a week for about half a year. (I"m not crazy, I used to work at a video store.)

Such a good movie.

Super sad ( you might cry if you are emo :D ):
Gattaca
Good bye Lenin !
Paths of Glory ( old film )
Brassed Off

A bit sad but you won't cry even if you are girly ;D
Spring, summer, fall, winter... and spring ( it has some sad moments although you won't probably cry and it is a very beautiful movie).
The grapes of wrath ( old old film but still really good even if i prefer the book )
Infernal Affairs ( quite sad even if it is an action movie )
The butterfly effect ( always makes me tilt. A film about the randomness of life ).
Some old movies with Chaplin ( The kid etc .. )
To Live ( really beautiful movie with sad moments ).

etc etc ... many more that i forgot / haven't watched.
fuck all those elitists brb watching streams of elite players.
