i can say that i've dropped my gc soooooo many times with games in it and it still runs perfectly, same with the ps2. i remember i was at one of my friends house a ways back and we wre playing tekken tag and i was kicking his ass with hwoarang+jin and he got super mad and like dropped kicked his ps2 and the game still played on and i did the sidestep-neck-break with hwoarang and won

dude, gamecubes were fucking tanks. I cant tell you how many times that thing got kicked over at my house. i second the remark about the controllers though

I bought a 360 last week.

FIRST THING THE GUY SAID was to not stand the 360 on it's side while playing games 'cause it'd scratch the disk doing that, God knows why. If you were doing that,

Well at the end of the day the purple brick was only kick droped thrown and diped in water while the controllers are fucking molested by sweety teenager boy hands i wouldn't want to live that long either if i was a controller.

I vaguely recall someone throwing a Gamecube off a deck onto grass on youtube, and it still worked. And it wasn't a nice little drop, it was chucked.

So are you saying a rubber ring be inserted into the drive bay to reduce the chances of the cd getting scratched? If that is the case then I will just buy a 360 and a rubber ring..If that is what you are stating?
