Second day of training for the KSA StarCraft Tournament coming up in March, it's going to be filled with Koreans since it is the Korean Student Association so I guess I have my work cut out for me, and wouldn't you know it ... I FORGOT MY FUCKING MOUSE.

Reached D+ today and since I can't play the next time I'll get my practice is tomorrow where I'm hoping to reach C- and then with each week go up a rank or 2. Is this possible? I'm APMing around 250 with decent control my weakness is that I don't use build orders and I'm just way too lazy to try and remember build orders. Countering and strategizing is not that huge of a problem for me, but I was curious, does everyone follow build orders exact or are there people like me who just "go with the flow"?

P.S. Bisu is going to replace BackHo and win this OSL, and then I'll be a fan of BackHo for letting Bisu back in =P

No you can't go up to B/A in 2 weeks. It would probably take a good month and half of consistent 6-8 hour practice a day.

But I wish you luck anyway.

By "a rank or 2" meaning from like D+ to C- or a C- to C.

Oh yeah that's possible. Just learn one build for each MU and play it a 100+ times.

Doing PvT Medusa 10/15 for a hundred games straight would get boring and REALLLLLLY sweaty hahaha

But I'm Korean ... lol fluent in both Korean and English, I know some Mandarin but found it useless so I never really used it much.

You're obviously lying.. because if you were really Korean then you would have no problem with doing PvT 10/15 100 times

when i first started Protoss I played about 800 games on PGT and shot up to B and hung around there for the remainder of the season. It is very possible.

You sound like me in a sense that you don't stick to perticular build orders. I usually don't as well unless I have played the opposing player numerous times and knows his general builds. If I were you I could do a generic cookie cutter build every game and scout well and change what you are doing according to the map and what you see them doing. You will improve your overall game sense this way as well. Players who start out and try to get better by doing 1-2 build orders over and over always fail because they suck at adapting to there opponents. Just practice hard and practice right and you will certainly improve and post better results every day. Good Luck
