I think 12/h are perfectly fine if you don't have to drive too far. Try negotiating a success fee or something maybe. | ||

If you become a teacher of certain areas such as physics then you can charge over one hundred dollars an hour in nicer areas :3 | ||

Some tips I would suggest are Be confident in the material Don't teach them wrong things Don't end up doing their HW for them Have a plan before you start Best of luck making some money | ||

edit: i just realized that you're still in high school, so you have to charge less, but the same rule applies, if people think you're an expert, then they'll pay more. | ||

I'm not kidding at all. I tutored for $35 an hour here and the people I was working for told me their last tutor charged market rate ($120/hour). | ||
