Hey dear Teamliquid-Graphictalents,
I need a logo / avatar / wallpaper for myself.
It should:
- look professional
- should feature my name and race (Terran / NarutO)
The rest is totally up to you. I'm willing to pay if you really put work into it. (Professional artwork etc)
Please help me TL Graphics Team.
Wallpaper (1024x768, 1280x1024 and 1600x1200 if possible)
Avatar (100x100)
Logo (400x400 or less)

Depends on how professional you are going to be. My friend is graphic designer and would probably do it for free. 25-50$ is max I think.

Isn't it sad how people with talent don't have time to help you? The solution here is to do something for your friend to make it worth his while. Make him something that he needs or pay him. Posting on TL is like asking a friend to do you a favour without ever having to return it. Just being honest.

A favor is a thing you do of your own free will and you don't want something back for it.

You want a image logo? a typographic one? a mix of both? colors? how many, what do you want the logo to represent, what is that you want to represent by using the logo?

I want an image logo featuring colors black/grey/dark colors with a little bit highlight like dark red displaying either a victorious Terran unit or something related. For example a marine in a worn-out armor with "NarutO" as little spraying on his armor or something like that.
Avatar should be a simple but professional looking stylized form of my name also with a terran feature (100x100 is small for that.. I know).
And wallpaper preferable in 1280x1024 black/grey also with a highlight like dark red/dark green/dark blue with like siege tanks rolling in the back of a field (fuzzy vision like you are on pain killers or something as effect with my logo on them (if possible)) It doesn't need to look like they are just out of production.. it should look like they already had several battles etc.
The sky can be covered with smoke / fog .. whatever..
Something like that. Is that possible  ? If yes, tell me a price.

I'm not saying you should only help someone out if you get something in return, but I'm saying good friends will return favors. If you're going to be doing favors for buddies, I think that if they respect you they will return the favor in some way.

i will be honest.. you want some illustration heavy work.. it would be WAY better if you ask at deviantart instead, since there are a lot of illustrators willing to do some commision work
illustration its the longest process for a good design ... its really really time consuming to get everything right.. from the sketches to the painting, and from what i can see, it looks like should pay to archieve your goal, it shouldnt be that hard to find someone willing to, but it will cost you 50 bucks at least for a really professional look..
after that, everything else its way easier..
