Never do it on the phone. I did it once, she got intimidated, went out to the beach on like a double a week or so later, then like the next sunday or so, she effin ignores me, then later she became increasingly more ugly and annoying, so I said screw it, I'm not gonna try with her, or even give ANY attention. Don't think that it stemmed from the phone message though, she liked someone else.

Get to know the girl, personally, not in a group setting. Although you gotta start off like that, and then just don't wimp out. You either make it or lose it, don't let them push you out. You make the break, kick their trash. You are the man, you do it. Be yourself for goodness sakes, don't just blubber and wimp. If its awkward, move on. You probably don't need to ask her out yet. Don't think of the girls as the one only one! That's what you do until you both figured out you love each other.

If they say they like you first, than eff, you better follow up!

I don't think my advice is good, but other people said better things. I just Bruce Lee it.

Just ask her, then she'll tell you " you know you're perfect, but it doesn't mean i should love you " then you will be like wtf that makes no sense then you'll be depressed for 4 or 5 months atm.
I'm still quite depressed about it.
