It's much more enjoyable when you get emotionally attached to something, but at the same time don't let it drag you down :D (for too long).

ROFL I'm having a complete opposite situation! I was so happy seeing Stork win that my day just went so awesome! Sorry if this makes you feel even worse. ![]() And it's ok to feel a connection to your favorite progamer, just don't overreact.

However, I just hope BeSt won't slump like Pusan did after losing to Boxer in the So1 semi-finals (he did right? not sure about this). Always hope for the better and take losses positively. I've learned that the most important thing is never to give up; always keep a positive mind-set.

If you want to take your mind off of starcraft, just spend a few days reading the Economist or something. Guaranteed you'll be utterly, soul-crushingly depressed about the future instead of about starcraft. Read the Economist, that's a good one. I think it's a fantastic read but I guess it is sort of depressing reading about current news. We're so screwed .Anyway you can't let something this silly depress you. You're allowed to be disappointed but don't get upset. Nothing you could've done would've changed the outcome.
