Me and my friend have been playing Tekken 5 religiously to the point where me and him have been playing for money. Now don't get me wrong, I think he is a good player and with a little more time playing he could probably be better than me but I at this point I am whooping his ass. So with all the ass kicking I'm giving, me and a friend call him a certain name to describe his level of play. And that word is ProNoob(I came up with a definition for it). ProNoob- The act of having knowledge on something and being as good as someone who has no knowledge prior. For example, you work at Fast food place. Your taught how to do certain things, like work a grill. If you are bad on the grill (maybe even terrible) you are a ProNoob.

Yeah I think Tekken is the only game where when your guy gets knocked down. You have enough time to go grab a coffee, before he gets back up again.

Characters don't land in Tekken. They are juggled into and off of walls.

I have always considered the definition of noob to be someone who just plain sucks, as in can't be helped... you try to help him by teaching him shit and he still sucks... he could have played it for years :/
where as someone who just picked up the game and sucks is called a newb :/
